1. Service provider identification

In compliance with the information duty set out in article 10 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE, Ley 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce), the following details of the owner of this website are provided:

  • Company name: HALCONIA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA
  • Tax ID: B88678073
  • Registered address: Calle Juan Ochoa, 11, puerta izquierda, planta 0, 33401 Avilés, Asturias, España
  • Registry details: Commercial Registry of Asturias, section 8, sheet AS 66364, entry 1, dated 6 May 2026
  • Email: hola@halconia.es
  • Domain name: halconia.es

Hereinafter, "Halconia" or "the provider". The activity carried out is not subject to any prior administrative authorisation regime or to mandatory membership of a professional association.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Halconia website and the initial communications relating to our services in intelligent architecture, automation, AI agents and business knowledge management. Accessing the site implies acceptance of these conditions in the version published at any given time. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use the site.

3. Conditions of use of the site

You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms, and to refrain from using it for unlawful purposes, from introducing malicious code, from attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or from carrying out any action that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site.

The information provided through the contact form must be truthful and up to date. If you provide third-party data, you warrant that you have sufficient authority to disclose it.

4. Services

Each project is defined by means of a specific proposal or contract. The scope, the deliverables, the timescales, the responsibilities, the price and the support conditions will be set out in writing before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the particular conditions agreed with a client, the latter shall prevail.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The website and its contents — texts, images, trade marks, logos, design and code — belong to Halconia or are used with the due authorisation of their owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transform or reuse materials from the site for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Reproduction of extracts for informational purposes is permitted provided that the source is cited and a link to the original is included.

6. Liability

The information published on the site is general and informative in nature; it does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer or proposal. Halconia is not liable for the decisions taken solely on the basis of informational content without a prior specific analysis.

Halconia endeavours to keep the site available and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors, nor is it liable for damage arising from causes beyond its control. The site may include links to third-party pages; Halconia does not control their contents and does not accept responsibility for them.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability in those cases where the applicable rules do not allow it, in particular in cases of wilful misconduct or personal injury.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is detailed in the Cookie Policy. Both documents form an integral part of these terms.

8. Amendment of the terms

Halconia may amend these terms to adapt them to regulatory changes or to the evolution of its services. The applicable version will be the one published on this page at the time of access, indicating the date it was last updated.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the provider's domicile, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.

This submission shall not apply where the user is a consumer, in which case the competent courts and tribunals shall be those determined by consumer protection legislation, generally those of their place of residence. In any event, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution.
